Fedex By Friday: We do not
offer overnight air services, but we do offer "Delivery
by Friday via Fedex". If you need it by Friday, and we get your
order by Tuesday night, we let Fedex charge charge your card the actual
service cost. There are no surcharges from us. The total cost averages
$18.00. |

TIMING: Orders are normally shipped the business day after we
receive your order. Your order will be shipped by priority ground
service via the Postal System. If you need faster delivery, please email us at service@cooltan.com. You can email us after you have placed an order and let us know you need your package via Fedex on a certain day before the next Friday and we will try our best to accomodate your request and of course we will reply to your email.
If we are temporarily out of stock of an item,
we will send you an email notice, so please be sure to
give us your email address along with your order. Within the
USA, on average, your order should arrive 3 to 6 business days after you
place it. Most packages ship via US Postal Priority Service, so
your home address will be best most of the time, and deliveries
are made to home addresses on Saturday.
