If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise within 60 days for an exchange or refund. Make sure the hygienic liner is still attached to the women's bottoms or returns will not be accepted. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. The initial shipping charge is non-refundable. You will have to pay for the postage to send a return back to us. Returns for refund of unworn merchandise after 60 days can still get an online store credit.
1. Fill out your return form, which was in your package, and located right on the back of the packing list.
2. Package up the item(s) you are returning back along with the return form into the the appropriate envelope or box.
3. Use return address label located on the back of the return form at the top right hand corner. Seal up the package.
4. Go to your local post office to apply the correct postage and mail it.

Where do I find the return address label?
The return address label is for returns. See diagram at the right labelled "Return Address Label". This a return address and NOT a prepaid return label. You still need to pay for the postage to send the package back to us.
Do I have to pay for my return?
Yes, you do have to pay for the return back to us.
How long does it take for a refund?
It typically takes about 10 business days from the day in which your return has been processed for a refund to show back up.
How long does it take for an exchange for U.S. orders?
We usually ship exchange items out in about 2-3 days after we get your return back. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you. If you need to speed up your exchange's turn around time, we recommend that you send the tracking number to show that the package is on the way back to us. Contact us via email to send us a copy of the return postage receipt or tracking number for the package, and let us know the exact item you would like to get in exchange and when you need it.
